This is a Canadian based institute which specializes in training and certifying professionals in the discipline of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning. This site lists all the courses available and the requirements for obtaining internationally recognized certification. This is a great site for those interested in furthering and/or formalizing their education in BCP/DR professional practices.

This site is full of BCP/DR related articles, special reports and on-line newsletters. At this site there are Chat Boards and even a bookstore where you can find some of the best books related to BCP available. DRJ publishes a premiere high gloss magazine dedicated to the field of Business Continuity since 1987, to which you can subscribe for free. This site is definitely worth the surf for all professionals involved with BC and DR Planning.

This site offers a great selection of fire related safety planning, training and workshops. By using the “contact us” button you can communicate with an expert in the field of fire related practice and law. Did you know that “All persons with responsibilities in a fire safety plan are required by law to have fire extinguisher training”? This site is a great place to visit if you have any questions about or require training related to fire safety planning or training. A course in First Aid and CPR is also offered by this company (Fire Plan Strategies Inc.).
